Another video that tugs are heart strings and brings tears...I applaud the people in the video and the am happy for the animals...but WHY THE F*Ck is this an anomaly? Why does it have to be OMG THOSE ARE SUCH KIND PEOPLE why cant this be the norm? Why am I crying because HUMANS WERE HUMANE? Why is it that every time I watch the news its humans being LESS THAN, why is it I come on here, to FB and see what people do to each other among the little feel good blurbs we all post? Those stupid little blurbs dont discount what humanity has done and is doing to itself... I have a, sadly, cynical view of humanity, I wish I didnt, but I EXPECT the worst from it, having been witness to some of the horrible things humanity does (rescuers, & social service workers etc know what I mean) its what I expect...I SO WANT TO EXPECT kindness and understanding, and empathy. There are too few who act on it (those same rescuers and social service workers etc are who I have in mind) and goddess forbid you speak of these things, Animal rights, human rights, vegetarianism, etc. to normalpeople (see, there it is again, expecting the worst) they judge you as a crazy animal person, or a OMG LIBERAL and say sh*t like, oh, I could never do that, because *insert reason here* There is that saying restore my faith in humanity Why does it need to be restored? All the crap that is going on now is REALLY really taking out what little faith I have left in humanity Wake the F*CK up people...GAH!
