Another wonderful countdown begins. Just received the phone call from the State of NH, Liquor Inspector. He will be in next Wednesday for inspection and hopefully will sign off, then we can get the wine ordering started. Looking forward to wine tasting in the very near future. Now to get started on finding local cheese too! ... The best Olive Oils, Vinegars, Wine, Cheese, Pasta... This is going to be the best place in the Upper Valley to be!
