Anthony Morgan invited me over to Fit Factorymma to steal my soul this morning.. He was punching me, kicking me and then started doing all of this grappling stuff. At one point ,as he was abusing me, he whispered in my ear,I was the one that ran your dog over when you were 6. I think the only time he stopped beating me up was when he went outside to key my car... When he was done, he had Christal Martin come over and go all Mike Tyson on my head. I mean, both the violent punches and the name calling....(Did you see his interview the other day?!?) My point is, it was a pretty great Trainday morning. (Not Sunday). I appreciate Gene letting us come and play in his facility. You missed a good morning,Sir. Thanks to Kenneth Lewis, Big Will Watson and the champ ,Brandon Quindry for coming in for sparring and to see this old,fat guy get pummeled by these freaking kids!!! You guys rock!! Lets do it again!! Enjoy the weekend!!
