Anti-Haze Workout Series 1, Part 2 - Push-Ups ... Push-Ups can be done almost anywhere. Holding your posture as shown, strengthens and tones not just your chest, but also your arms and abdominals. For illustration purpose, the first 5 repetitions are the standard push-ups for the male physique and the next 5 repetitions are more suitable for the female physique. Start with a minimum of 10 push-ups and gradually working your way up to 20 repetitions. Perform a minimum of 3 sets of this workout. This series of workouts were designed by Personal Trainer, Ryan Chen.
