Anticipatory Anxiety?? Find a quiet place, close your eyes, allow your body to melt into the chair, and then visualize the details of your upcoming event as though you were already there. Visualize yourself having a positive experience, feeling happy, successful, also visualize yourself stress free... Believe it or not, when you take the time to do this, you are setting yourself up for success! Be specific in your visualizations and whatever you do, dont visualize disaster! ;)
