Antony Oyugi MOSES WETANGULA-there is a lot of confusion around his voter bribery story and the funny thing is that LAYMEN are hearing their own things.this is what happened...at the petition nullifying his earlier election and bringing about the by-election,the judge ordered the DPP to INVESTIGATE claims of voter bribery.the DPP ordered the CID to do the same and a report from the CID CLEARED him.as this was going on,Weta had APPEALED against the entire ruling nullifying his election.that appeal is what was dismissed the other day.basically overtaken by events.the dismissal of the appeal does not constitute a verdict by the appellate court that he is guilty of voter bribery.especially since even the court nullifying his election had not stated so.it ordered the DPP to investigate.and he was cleared....whats failing us here is our media houses...as usual.can they get specialists to report on technical matters.leaving a former dancer to report on legal matters is always getting the public misinformed
