Anxiety??? Here are some recipes I have found.. Relieve Nervous and Agitated Feelings: Lavender 3 drops, Wild Orange 2 drops and Bergamot 1 drop added to 1 teaspoon of coconut oil; gently blend and apply to forearms with an expectation of feeling Peace and renewed energy. Anxiety Relieving Blend: Frankincense 2 drops, Marjoram 2 drops, Geranium 3 drops, Clary Sage 3 drops, Wild Orange 2 drops; gently mix and inhale – apply to back of neck and enjoy. Anti-Anxiety Diffuser Blend: Wild Orange Oil 5 drops, Patchouli 6 drops, Frankincense 6 drops, Geranium 8 drops, Bergamot 10 drops and Clary Sage 12 drops; Blend into a glass bottle and gently roll between hands and then add 4-6 drops to Lotus diffuser and enjoy. Anti-Aggression Personal Blend: 1/8 ounce coconut oil, Lemon oil 2 drops, Bergamot Oil 4 drops, Ylang Ylang 3 drops, Sandalwood Oil 2 drops, Melissa 1 drop.
