Any Childrens Book Recommendations? Ive been looking for stories to my son and am shocked at how awful so many classic childrens stories are in portraying women and girls. They are full of horrid witches who want to snatch innocent babies. Or princesses who are evil, arrogant petty and or saccharine, helpless and vacant. A few of the reboots are good but so many are so overly earnest that they left out the fun. Any suggestions for good books for the 4-6 year old range is greatly appreciated.
