Any Northern State that proves it has money to support a Joint Tax Force will have an insurgency to deal with. The foundation of insurgency is the unconstitution condition that dictates State funding of security operations involving Federal security formations operating in States. Northern Governors must reject funding and then blame Jonathan for foisting incompetent security management set ups in the Federal Payroll. The National Assembly must live up to its expectations and rescue the states.
