Any advice would be appreciated::: its hard for me to fall asleep at nite. I toss n turn until I make myself sleep. However once Im asleep its like Im n a coma I dont hear my phone or alarms nothing. I will wake up n try but fall rite back asleep. Usually when I wake up I have a pounding headache that slowly goes away. I have no energy or want to do anything. If any1 has any advice or has been thru this its been going on for awhile now.
