Any alliance between Oca and any of those suggested will simply be devoid of principle and thus a matter of political convenience. For how can a cause for change under Oca now suddenly embrace the culprits and accomplices of the crime committed against the people represented by those who cry for change in the city? Do we understand that ACCOUNTABILITY for the plunder of this city is not only about Emano but also on those who together with him face the same criminal charges in our Courts of Law? No one and nobody under that party can claim innocence over the acts of Emano. Unless we develop values better than the present system, then we can always deliver to the same people who we promised for reform the ghosts of the previous administration. Yet, ghosts is too generous a description for a monster of that despotic regime. Cory won in 1986 but the Party embraced the monsters of the Marcos regime. Look who are leading us now. They are more of the same.
