Any locals know which dog trainer the blonde in a red polo is down berkley circle way? Shes been jerking a young spaniel around and holding his feet off the ground by his neck, will wrap the lead round his muzzle when he barks and force his to sit by shaking the lead in his face. He screams and is frightened of her. Passed my window twice a week for over a month now. I have confronted her more than once but she wont hear me so i stand and film her on my driveway every time she passes the house. Needless to say the dog has not improved in the past two months. Is there anything i can do about this? It upsets me to think someone might be paying for a service that isnt helping their poor young dog :(
