Any one that is not concerned about bankruptcy should do some research. When the Soviet Union folded it wiped out their constitution and required they write a new one. The people of Russia had a tough time as their money became almost worthless. A student complained that the money he had saved for a semester of school would only pay for a lunch. We helped Russia thru this period. There is no one out there to help us. I found a lot on this on Google.
