Anybody can do it. Eat right, sweat a lot, drink a lot of water, and stay focused, no cheating. These dieters that take cheat days, thats a cop out. No cheat days, no magic diet pills, no doctors shots or lap bands, no lipo, no slim fast, just simply burn more calories than what you consume. Cut sugars, carbs, fat, starches, etc. Ive learned to love fish, white chicken, veggies, tofu, soy milk, egg whites, it takes getting used to. I think of living long enough to watch my little girl grow up, and It keeps me motivated. ;)
