Anybody who has Sprint as a cell phone provider would do well to drop them and get another plan. I went for over 3 weeks without service with them (dropped calls, cut-offs, etc. that lasted less than a minute) and was told that it was my problem because they were upgrading their towers in order to stay abreast of their competition. I could not communicate with my doctors or anyone else during this period. I went to their service center twice and was treated rudely. Finally I had to drop the service and reconnect my land line (for $ 99) to get telephone service. I wrote a letter to Sprint customer service and they eventually called and in essence said that they were sorry for the problems, but that I would still have to pay $ 330 to get out of their contract, which I refuse to do. Do yourself a favor and get away from this awful company, one that gives the worst service to boot.
