Anyone else get blown last night?... Well I did and so did everyone else on the farm Im staying at here, and were all smiling from ear to ear. Her name? It was the lovely Iselle. Just flew in from the east to do her thing then left the next morning without even saying goodbye... Her brother, the amazing Julio, will be stoping by in the next couple of days too to finish what is promiscuous sister started. If hes anything like his sister we are in for a rough ride and a good time. Gotta love hurricane season. This smoothie was way too good to wait till I was back home in NZ to share with you so here it is: The Mother Nature blew me and all I got was this lousy smoothie Smoothie (Makes 3 Large Glasses) 1 scoop of Garden of Lifes Real Meal (meal replacement powder) 1 organic banana. 1 organic mango. 2 heaped tbs almond butter. 3 heaped tbs of coconut oil. 3 heaped tbs organic chia seeds. A handful of organic almonds. Rice milk. 1. Wash 2. Chop 3. Blend 4. Smile! This one really is worth trying, one of my favourites since being here in Hawaii. You could say that It really blew me away... (Insert cough here) Anyways... To good health everyone and Im looking forward to getting back to business of in September with you all.
