Anyone else happy to see this day come to a close? Its been long, emotionally exhausting and all other things youd expect from the day in which you lay your last grandparent to rest. Its also Monday and the start of a new month. So I made sure I was at least active tonight, even if it wasnt anything too exciting, I did something, which in my book is ALWAYS better than nothing (which I have done too much of this past week). If youre in a similar funk. If you are as exhausted as my face looks. Promise yourself youll do something active tomorrow. Please.
