Anyone else pondering the Norman sounding from tonight, especially the funky T structure in the surface and PBL up to near the bottom of the EML (Same pot temp as LMN and FWD around 700 where it is most similar)? Given the comparison between AMA, FWD, and LMN I wonder if that is the remnant structure of failed convection initiation. I will have to plot them all on a single sounding to make my point clearer, but thought it would be fun to speculate. I would like to see if the NSSL WRF soundings for near Norman had any look a like features to this sounding.
