Anyone else tired of what they see on their FB newsfeed? What I like on my newsfeed: Your thoughts/pictures/videos about your life (family, things that cause you to celebrate, thoughts about God). Good news in general, and solutions or compassion towards bad news. A positive, victorious perspective on life. What I dont like on my newsfeed: Videos of actual, real-life violence. Updates involving hatred, racism, or any other form of dishonor towards another human. I dont even mind the pictures people take of ridiculously simple meals like spaghetti (heck, a simple meal makes my day sometimes and if it causes you to celebrate, throw it on FB). But, I cant stand scrolling through the newsfeed and being assaulted by peoples awe towards bad news or gruesome videos. This isnt head in the sand, its me wanting to feast on good things so that I can be a solution to the bad things. We must be more impressed with Him than the darkness in this world in order to make an impression that lasts. Lets be people they write books about in 100 years. Love you guys!
