Anyone else watch Penny Dreadful? Its basically a really Gothic (and gory - a bit past my comfort level actually) take on The League of Extraordinaire Gentlemen. Its not related to the Alan Moore books, but it does use those kind of classic characters. It stars Eva Green (golem girl from Going Postal), Timothy Dalton (Rassalon and James... err, nevermind), Billie Piper (that companion that just cant stop companion-ing) and Josh Hartnett (who I know nothing about, but have heard the name) and I think they all do a pretty good job.
