Anyone ever had cramp in their leg while sleeping? OMG, I woke up in the middle of the night with cramp in my hamstring. How painful! It was kinda scary because I couldnt straighten my leg and I couldnt stop the pain. I was doing moves like a swimming dolphin while lying in bed, just to try and ease the pain while screaming. Angie woke up shouting whats wrong, whats wrong I screamed out CRAAAAAAAMP I eventually got to my feet but it just got more tight. After a few very tentative stretches it subsided. Phew. Ok so Im up, I may as well go for a pee. Standing bollock naked having a pee, the cramp comes back. Arghhhh, I try to move my leg so the cramp goes away only to piss all over the toilet floor and on the towel on the rail. It was like a loose fire hose. Eventually it stopped. I was actually frightened to get back into bed in case my leg cramped up again. Never has this happened before and never do I want it to happen again. .... Now I best go move the pissy towel before Angie tries to dry her face :) What a night !
