Anyone got any suggestions my left knee today is really hurting feels like someone kicked it but woke up like that today and i need suggestions on what i could do to make it stop hurting it feels like its about to collaps its the knee that i put all my weight on due to my right knee really bad off since the surgery that was supposed to make it better and no i cant sit in tub and soak it or i would be doing that right now lol only have walk in shower lol
