Anyone had any problems with BT? Have you tried their customer services? ( hahahaha ) Well i spoke to their senior manager today about my complaint, and the effect their poor service and communication had on my business... I found a wonderful website with hundreds of complaints about BT and what they offer as a service and felt slightly as ease and less angry that it wasnt just ME!! So I want to share with you the poignant post I read............................ Dave Buchanan highlights the current MBA/business school thinking re customer service and it goes like this. Customer service is expensive, says the accountant. OK, cut it, says the chief executive. Were losing customers, says Marketing, because of poor customer service. Fix it, says the chief executive, but youre not having any more money.Lets set up another company, says Business Development, that way we can capture the people who leave us and build a profitable company. A double win. So BT begets PlusNet and the worse BT performs the better it is for PlusNet. Were doomed. I had 3 days off work for visits, 1 of which they never turned up, three weeks of no internet, 2 weeks of no phone, untold false promises, hours of taking on the phone and they want to give me £28 off my bill.... HAHAHAHAHA!!! so what to do next...????? and is the grass greener with Virgin etc?? AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
