Anyone have an HSA account with Fifth Third Bank? Just received my May statement today showing that $3.50 was deducted and will continue to be deducted monthly because I do not have millions of dollars in this account. THey said I was sent a letter in March, which obviously I did not receive. The supervisor declared "nothing could be done about this". When I asked how I could close the account, she told me there would be a $25.00 service fee for closing the account. Boy what a rip off.
