Anyone help plz ? Shower works by pull cord but grandson just came out to say it wont turn off as cord has snapped. I have turned the shower unit off so at leadt water has stopped but despite trying to turn actual pull cord unit no joy !!! Red light is still on at box does this mean its still running up leccy even though shower is not running ? ..........No offence but if anyone says google it i will scream !
