Anyone interested in a cheap room over the summer break? Just putting it out there :) $150 per week including bills in Marrickville. Hi, whilst Im away over summer I have a room to offer in a very lovely house. Dates are from Thu 18th Dec until Thu 5th Feb. All the housemates are really wonderful and friendly people. The house is located on Horton Street behind Reverse Garbage. The room has wooden floors and a fan. Unlimited internet included. Mattress is on the floor; I tend to put mattress against wall during the day but whatever works for you. We also have a big fridge, washing machine; all the essentials. I have a veggie garden with a never ending supply of kale for you to eat as well Basically just looking for someone who is friendly and easy going and is happy to due a chore once opera week and can clean up afar themselves.
