Anyone know Goshen race car driver Ebe Yoder? Dan Axelsson of Båstad, Sweden just wrote I am trying to establish a complete list of drivers ever entered for a F1 race 1950-present, their complete names and birth & death details, and since the Indianapolis 500 race was part of the World Championships between 1950-1961 there are many US drivers included. According to a newspaper report from 1953 a “Ebe Yoder. Goshen, Ind.” was entered in a Redmer Spl for the Indianapolis 500 race in 1953. (he later failed to arrive for the actual race). Do you have any knowledge about who this racing driver Mr. Ebe Yoder was? He seems to have raced in the late 1940-ies and the early 1950-ies.
