Anyone looking for a home in Ferndale? I will have a room available July 1st. Rent is only $243 a month + utilities. The house is a 2,200 sq ft bungalow with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, walk in porch, semi finished basement with a washer and dryer/ band space and a good size backyard for gardening and fires and what have you. There is also a Garage/Barn thing that would make a good haunted house party spot in october. Message me if any interest.
