Anyone own a Canon 5D MK 2 or 3 and fancies helping me out to shoot some back to back tests with the Blackmagic Cinema Camera and AF100? I want to produce a private digital film stock video available for download on Vimeo with filtration and lens modifiers and lighting. Im happy to then give anyone involved the password details so that they can refer directors or producers to the footage for comparison of depth of field, field of view, image sharpness and where each system would fail in exposure. There is still a shocking amount of naivety around these systems and most of it is not directed at how fast you can light the camera or the colour depth but at misconceived notions of sensor size and low light ability. Im thinking late march/April for a day or two at the Rag Factory on Brick Lane. Will need stand in models too. I can take on 1 or 2 trainees for the days too, Send me a message if interested.
