Anyone thinking of using Photobox to produce a quality photo book - TopicsExpress

Anyone thinking of using Photobox to produce a quality photo book should think again. I paid over £100 for 2 lay-flat photo books on premium paper. Two arrived with perfect colour but poor binding. After complaining, 6 books followed with a combination of poor colour and perfect binding, and poor colour with poor binding. The last two (yes 10 books) after having involved the Production director arrived with perfect colour as per the first run but unacceptable finishing. Photobox claim not to be a professional lab so cannot guarantee the quality of the finished product. Use them at your peril. I shall not use them again for anything related to my photography.
