Anyone use PayPal on a regular basis could help me please. I have a PayPal account but have only used it on ebay for small amounts. Problem , my wife has advertised something for sale on gumtree , a lady txt her and agrees a price , and then says she is abroad so she would pay into a paypal account and have the item picked up (without seeing it). and just to send her our pay pal account details. I smell a rat and would like an unbiased opinion if possible , there is £400 at stake , Thanks if anyone can advise.
