Anyone wanna co-invest in a Taekwondo Dojang? Looking investors to cough up about $30k (or more) each to fund the rental, setup and marketing. The dojang aims for at least $40k (planned) - 80k (max) revenue per month. Initial strategy is to build up the place, get in the students and aim for cash-flow breakeven. Operates like tuition centre/fitness centres. On hand have qualified PA coaches and black-belt instructors, and they are currently teaching at a few locations, including community club, for some years. They have won tournaments before and do performance at various venues. Already got 2 expressed interests (including myself). Only serious investors who is willing to go in for long-term (5 - 10 years) as sleeping partners. Will plan the returns/dividends on a later date, as most important is to materialize the plan and execute the break-even first. But all investors will take equity to secure their positions.
