Farmers are currently employing people. Whenever farmers need new fruit pickers they call us at the Hoey Moey Backpackers and we then pass all jobs on to our guests who are staying with us. If you have your own transport you would be more flexible to get to work, however, there are some farmers who offer a shuttle service and collect workers from the Hoey Moey Backpackers. Some backpackers stay with us for a week, some for a month and others longer to get their 88 days together to apply for a second visa. We offer fruit pickers a discounted weekly rate. All our rooms have an ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge and free WiFi.
