Anyone who can possibly make it to Raleigh, NC on 2/14 should plan on coming to HkonJ (Historic Thousands on Jones St.). Last year around 80,000 people from all around the country (as far north as Maine an Minnesota and as far south as Florida) joined the moral march. Were hoping for a huge crowd this year as well. We need to tell our legislature and governor that we wont stand for their terrible governing of this state. They need to accept the medicaid expansion, increase spending on public education (not vouchers for private schools), raise the minimum wage, reject voter suppression and race-based redistricting, repeal the repeal of the racial justice act, and reinstate a fairer tax code.
