Anyone who enjoys my videos and the techniques that I post feel free to share them its an extreme honor for me it lets more and more folks be exposed to Shishikan. If anyone is ever interested in not just watching the movements but learning how to apply them with my guidance thr best way to do that is to either attend one of my seminars or just host one at your school itll be a very fun yet painful experience :)
