Anyone who has had even a brief conversation with me in the last year knows I have been working on the realization of an 8 year theatrical dream - to bring the thrilling, deeply moving Coram Boy to the OU stage. With a dream design team, Ethan Hartman, Richard Sprecker, Lloyd Cracknell ( his costume shop is working night and day to put 200 plus costumes on the stage); musical director Dr. Zielinski that made 50 drama students sing like avenging angels, movement director Matthew Ellis who has taught us gravity defying feats; a cast that will melt your heart; Meredith, our ever steady stage manager; and production manager, Kasey Alley Foreman and Dean Taylors support and belief that the impossible is indeed possible, Coram Boy is opening Friday night. I usually try not to pressure my family and friends to see my shows but this one is so special - please come if you can. With love and admiration for the entire Coram Team!
