Anyone who knows my story knows that my very first program was Power90 which this is replacing. I got hooked on the exercise high and lost all my baby weight from Colin and then some and 3 pant sizes but most importantly I realized that I could be a better wife and mom if I was a happier healthier ME. This is a program that is PERFECT for someone who is maybe a little out of shape ( or heck a lot) someone that wants to get back into fitness but doesnt want to do P90X, Insanity or any of the other extreme programs that are available and its great because (1) its SHORT (2) everything can be modified ( which I LOVE) Listen you all know I coach, you all know I LOVE all things beachbody and its because of whats its done for me & my family.
