Anyone with an average intelligence.... can make out that Karachi Attack is certainly a handiwork of all those.... opposed to making peace with India. All those who are powered only by the strained relations between the two countries..... who would always feel uncomfortable.... when the two Govts. start getting closer for some likely solutions for the mutual benefits of their people and as such those forces feel threatened for any likelihood of being asked to obey the orders from their civil Govt...
