Anything Goes Featuring The Moons Mindwaves Album. Featuring Northampton Indie band The Moons with their 3rd album, Mindwaves, released in late July this year. Of the three albums The Moons have released, this has to be my favourite. The bands roots are in the Mod, the bands sounds on this album vary from Glam/Prog Rock to Freakbeat Indie. The album sound has a backbone of 60s Mod with cool Britannia Indie, at times you could be listening to session tracks from The Pretty Things S.F. Sorrow or Marc Bolans T-Rex period. The Moons have all the qualities to join the elite in the British Youth Movement. Ill be playing tracks from the third album on tonights show.
