Anything planned this weekend? Looking for some great entertainment? Get on down to the Wheatsheaf Frankwell! Saturday and sunday they are raising money for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund! Some great music lined up! Saturday £2 entry, Alternative Route 3pm and Hot Rod 55 at 7pm. Sunday £5 entry - 5 bands starting with The Endings at 1pm, Soul City 7 at 3pm, Tom and Bowen at 5pm, Two Faced Tom and the Bootleg Boys at 6pm, and then 7.30pm its Stiff Witness! What a day! All weekend there is a real ale and cider bar with ales that are local and from further afield! Tents are up in case of rain! Saturday and sunday there is a bbq all day (till its gone )!! Previous events have raised around £5000 for various charities so come and support local musicians and local charities, Lingen Davies does a fantastic job, lets help them and raise some much needed funds, and have a great time whilst doing it!
