Apart from being a great tool to work on squat strength and technique, the front squat also helps to improve Olympic lifts as it mimics the bar position for the cleans. Here is one of our trainer, @dsmndlim hitting a 2 RM PR of 100 kg. #Repost from @dsmndlim with @repostapp — 2 RM front squats. Finally hit a PR of 100 kg. Thats a 10 kg increase from my previous 2 RM record. Squats havent always been my strength, so I guess I need to squat more. Please excuse the constipated face and turn down your volume.
