Apex2Consulting is looking for Field Supervisors for short-term Process Evaluation,Targeting Accuracy, and Impact Evaluation projects in Kunar and Ghor. The applicant should have at least a Bachelor degree, and previous work experience in the relevant position. Job Description: • Define process evaluation activities/approaches for the AREDP processes relevant to his district • Analyzing processes, limitations and key findings related to his district • Elaborate the process evaluation work plan at district level • Keep records and track project activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts at district level • Receive analyze and consolidate data collected at district level • Develop and if necessary modify record forms and process evaluation templates, and develop new formats for the emerging events at district level (in agreement with the TL) • Make regular and needs based visits to the relevant district to mentor the field staff in data collection. • Timely provision of the required information for periodic reports as well as assisting the Team Leader in preparing the reports. • to the preparation of inception, monthly and final report Qualified individuals should send their CVs to abed.omerzad@gmail no later than, Sunday, 26 October 2014.
