Apparently, Elsa van Garderen (the mother and kidnapper of Adelaide) feels that this page defames her. She claims to be offended that I regularly accuse her of parental abduction. I wonder if she is also offended that I accuse her of being selfish, petty, and malicious. This past week, Facebook removed my profile picture, and my mothers profile picture. *Someone* had complained that these profile pics were unauthorised and should be taken down (they each included my daughter). Was this a random act of pettiness, or a stunt to hopefully push me to write something defamatory here? Who knows? For the record, I wholeheartedly believe that Elsa van Garderen: - unlawfully absconded with and detained Adelaide in France; - has deliberately acted to remove me and my side of the family from Adelaides life; - maliciously sought to disrupt my income from Australia; - has acted selfishly, routinely putting her own interests ahead of Adelaides; - is reckless in refusing to share ANY of Adelaides feeding or medical information with me (and as such is probably breaking the law); - has regularly lied about me in official court documents, in order to cause doubt about my ability to raise a child; - knowingly registered our daughter under different names in France and Australia, obtained passports in both names, and sought to hide this fact from me; - has continued to act aggressively, selfishly, and maliciously toward me, the rest of Adelaides paternal family, and our friends. Thats not defamation. Its fact, and I relish the opportunity to show evidence to support it.
