Apparently SunLife Assurance claims processing doesnt know what a Prosthetic is or the fact you need liners. They need more information and a your Prosthetic Doctors Prescription Note to say you need this. And you must submit a new Note each and every time you submit a claim. For those who are not amputees, it sometimes takes more than a year to see your Prosthetic Doctor. You know Sunlife, it aint like its gunna grow back over night.
