Apparently expedite means to sit on our application 2.5 more weeks! Fed up with our Tribal clinic! I now have 2 children who are need of referrals and our clinic will not, cannot,process them until I receive our denial letter. Silly me for following directions given to me by referral services and applying online. Come to find out, almost 2 months later, that applying online delays processing since WA State isnt familiar with our per caps. Now, if I had applied in person, at the clinic, they could have done given our referral before I received a denial letter. Thank you PTHA for suggesting applying online and only mentioning all of this AFTER the fact. Ive kept my cool through all of this but now Im angry! They have crap policies and make it impossible for Tribal members to receive services. All the while my baby has vision problems that are still unresolved and untreated. At this point, I guess I should shell out over $800 a month to insure my children at work. That goes well being the sole provider to 6 people.
