Appeal after Collision in Sainsbury’s Car Park, Redcar Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Sainsbury’s car park on Larkswood Road, Redcar. The collision took place at around 11.50am on Thursday 23rd October. A silver Honda Civic and an 87-year-old female pedestrian were involved in the collision. The pedestrian was taken to James Cook University Hospital suffering from a fractured collar bone, fractured rib and a cut to the head. She is currently described as being in a ‘stable’ condition. Any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact PC Nigel Green on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 186736.
