When the Sikhs communicated this harsh reply of Dhir Mal to Guru Ji then Dashmesh Pita went into deep meditation. He dictated the Sri Granth Sahib while it was hand-written by Bhai Mani Singh Ji and also added the Banis of the ninth Guru thereby completing the Sri Granth Sahib.
