Appetizer: “DELIVERANCE” You did not choose the Lord. He chose you. You would have taken your hand out of his hand many times, but his love constrained you. You can do nothing of yourself. The flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing. Be thankful forever that the grace of God has been supplied to you in abundance. It would astound you if you knew how many times you have walked past the net of your enemy without being caught. His love kept your feet from falling. He has been a faithful comforter unto you. He is with you always, even unto the end of the world. Though you do not understand all of his choices made for you, do not be discouraged. You relinquished your life to him, and he has planned for you according to his will and purpose. The enemy has tempted you with regret. He has accused the Lord of robbing you of opportunities and relationships. He has made all of his decisions concerning you with all love, all wisdom, all knowledge, and according to his own purpose. This is the same spirit that tempted Eve in the garden. He has not made a mistake in his decisions in regard to you. He has planned a glorious life for you now and forevermore. Do not lean to your own understanding, neither listen to the foolish accusations by the accuser of the brethren. Listen to the voice of wisdom. Jesus has saved you. Would you have chosen this path of life without him? Accept his choices for you. He has not made a mistake. He is the Lord of your life. Now accept the wisdom of your Lord. He is renewing your strength. Be encouraged in him. The renewal in the Spirit will bring you through this wall of regret. Only believe.
