Apple Wedger from The Pampered Chef. Awesome little tool that is used on a daily basis at my house! put a wooden spoon by your apple so the wedger doesnt go all the way to bottom. Sprinkle some sugar/cinnamon mixture inside apple slices - just pry open each piece a little and sprinkle. Wrap with saran and send off for a snack.
