Apprehending the IRREFUTABLE DEFEAT in General Elections 2014, Congress releases its supplementary manifesto, assuring the Muslim community for 4.5% quota within the 27% OBC quota !!!!!!!!!!! If, the party, despite of being in power for last 10yrs, didnt enact the the same, though Justice Sachar committee has submitted its report on The latest social, economic and educational conditions of Muslims in India to the Govt. of India since 30th Nov 2006, how they are to be believed that, they would get the bill passed during next 5yrs ?????? Its nothing but the last DESPERATE ATTEMPT of APPEASEMENT to score CHEAP political mileage & make FOOL of the people of a specific community, once again !!!!!!!! In my views, all the EXISTING CASTE based QUOTA NORMS must be REPLACED by a more TRANSPARENT QUOTA POLICY based on ECONOMIC STATUS of people & the SOCIALLY BACKWARD groups must be provided with SPECIAL PACKAGES AND SCHOLARSHIPS during study period !!!!!!!!! It needs STRONG POLITICAL WILL & DETERMINATION rising above RELIGION and CASTE !!!!!!!!!!!!
